I'd be fine with a bandwidth limited connection to the debuginfo packages for security releases as I could have my machine pull these in the off hours and it wouldn't be in my way. I notice that I can get the source RPMs for all of the security patches, which will automatically build the debuginfo packages. Perhaps another solution would be for the update mechanism to automatically build the debuginfo packages on the client side?
