https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=246773 Summary: Beagle should use a lower CPU priority Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Final Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME AssignedTo: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: hpj@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de When working, beagled and beagled-helper (mostly the latter) steal too much CPU time from interactive applications. This can easily be remedied by making them run at pri 5-10 somewhere (but not below 10 I think, as then it would start losing to protein folding simulations and such). If this is already supposed to be happening, there must be a bug that prevents it from doing so on my system. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
