Update time and click save. Time is not saved. The same issue was in M8. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to installation screen "Clock & Time Zone". 2. Click "Change..." to change hardware clock. 3. Change the time and click save. Time is not saved. Actual Results: Time stays the same.
