https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=860487 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=860487#c0 Summary: Fail message during boot Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 13.1 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 13.1 Status: NEW Severity: Minor Priority: P5 - None Component: Basesystem AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: fdan52@comcast.net QAContact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0 Every boot I get the message: Failed to start LSB: Configure network interfaces and set up routing. It doesn't effect operations it would appear, at least to me. But I am a little concerned and curious as to whether this will have deeper issues. If not, what other failures during boot can be ignored. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Just boot 2. 3. Actual Results: During boot the following line appears: Failed to start LSB: Configure network interfaces and set up routing. Expected Results: LSB: Configure network interfaces and set up routing does not appear, I worked PPA, ORT and was a sysadmin at SUN Microsystems, So I got into the habit of watching the outputs during boots. Seeing failures I can't figure out always caught my attention. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
