and if i start my self-made evolution WITHOUT killing all running background-processes before (evolution-data-server-2.22 and evolution-alarm-notify) then alarm-popup doesn't appear.
the alarm-daemon needs you to remember the password. Could you please verify with that? [When Evolution pops-up a password dialog for the Exchange account, check 'Remember this password', then restart all the evolution processes.]
