So IMHO it makes sense to use this port for rpc.rquotad. Having this port statically assigned solves problem with firewalls and I don't see a benefit in having port number dynamic when the service is assigned a static number. Do you? Of course, sysadmin can always override the port number via setting Anicka implemented. But on a second thought, I don't think we should change 'quotad' in /etc/services to 'rquotad' when IANA registered name is 'quotad'. We should rather update /etc/rpc to contain 'quotad' alias for service 'rquotad'.
