I used to do the same on previous versions of openSUSE. Thanks. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open system settings 2. Open keyboard settings 3. Click layout settings 4. Add English dvorak keyboard (I suppose any will work) 5. Then click "Shortcut settings" 6. click on "Switch to next source" 7. Hold both shift keys or left ctrl and shift keys.
