I have GNOME 3 with workspaces only enabled on the primary screen. When I set the additional display as the primary one and then plug it out, the other display becomes the primary one, but some of its regions flicker or fail to redraw, and its background turns blue (see the attached screenshot). The same happens when I set the laptop display as the primary one and close the lid.
