If you won't wait, please use bcdedit /export C:\SAVEDBCD to backup your bcd file. You can use bcdedit /import C:\SAVEBCD to restore settings later. Then please try command bcdedit /create /d "test_entry" /application bootsector which instlux uses internally to create boot loader entry. What's the error message?
