RTL8111/8168B PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet controller (rev 01)" device on a ConRoe945G-DVI motherboard, the network hangs after a while. It's not 100 % reproducable but about 70 %. This problem corresponds to http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7517. There's a patch against 2.6.19 in this bugreport. I'll attach a patch against 10.2 kernel (current CVS). The difference is only line numbers.
