https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=251157 Summary: Fonts are not clearly readable Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Alpha 1plus Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME AssignedTo: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: mboman@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de In openSUSE 10.3, the fonts used by GNOME (especially visible on the Desktop and in a terminal window) are not sharp and clear. Compare this to what the font looks like in SLED10SP1B4 where they are very nice and readable. With openSUSE 10.3, I have this issue on both my laptops LCD screen and on my Desktop LCD screens. But when running SLED10SP1B4 on the same machines, they are perfectly readable. I compared the DPI and font settings between openSUSE 10.3 and SLED10SP1B4 and they are all the same so not sure why it differs. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
