Again, I selected that the boot info be written to the root partition, not the MBR. I also chose to have standard boot info be written to the MBR. When the installation was complete, I booted into the rescue system, and found that the legacy_boot flag was still set on my Tumbleweed partition (the old one), and not on the Leap 15 root.
