I have select a different background for the login screen. But the background for the lock screen should be changeable.
It is changeable in systemsettings5->Workspace Behavior->Screen Locker. And changing it works fine here.
Background is "interesting"

Should also be possible for the theme of lock screen. Similar to the login screen.
The theme is changeable as well, in the same settings module. And please, stop playing with the priorities. This field is for the developers/maintainers to prioritize the bugs they are working on.
