The size=0 looks like the result of probing a the temporary dm setup, where the content of the disk is not available yet. But the udev events look right, and also carry the correct information: UDEV [1216837346.323723] change /devices/virtual/block/dm-0 (block) ... DM_NAME=luks_crypto_7e68c41d-25fc-4f6b-8a68-de85b5a457a2 DM_TARGET_TYPES=crypt ... ID_FS_USAGE=filesystem ID_FS_TYPE=reiserfs Unfortunately, I can not reproduce the failure here, so I have no idea where to look for the failure. My LUKS test volume works fine here. According to the logs, it looks like a bug in HAL, where the (correct looking) stream of "change" events does not lead to the correct update of the device representation in HAL. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
