I've already considered buying a new mouse, and also had sent mouse back to the manufacturer. But it seems that there is not wrong with the mouse, it works fine on MAC OS X, and also on windows XP Prof. So, even if it's not a bug, something is wrong.
Could you please check whether you have "Legacy USB" option in your BIOS setup, and if so, try to turn it off and check whether there is any improvement?
