I could reproduce the issue and submitted a fix to 12.1 branch only for now: commit 84d23cb37a89ce60f9bbdd5b006befc02ae8dada Author: Thomas Renninger <trenn@suse.de> Date: Mon Nov 28 04:34:04 2011 +0100 intel_idle: Fix kvm -cpu host Null pointer enter function issue (bnc#726296). I expect new kernels for testing should show up here soon: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/openSUSE-12.1/standard/x86...
