[Bug 1198817] Firefox 99 and Thunderbird 91 unusable (extremly slow) since last update - Requires IPv6

When I disable IPv6 in my main router (LinkSys WRT33X) Firefox and Thunderbird are extremely slow. Tried to disable IPv6 in about:config.
