https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=813863 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=813863#c3 --- Comment #3 from Ronny Peine <ronnypeine@gmx.de> 2013-04-07 18:52:00 UTC --- I also experience that quite indeterministically my encrypted /home is not correctly decrypted and therefor I'm asked again and again for the password. After one or more reboots with typing in the password insanely often, I get a booting system again. This is really a showstopper, I don't hope that this problem does not escalate in combination with software raid. I will upgrade a system from 12.1 to 12.3 in a month or so with this configuration and without LVM, too. systemd is really a pita here, you can't change the "scripts", you just can fix the C-Code and recompile, seems more like a step backwards to me. I don't even want to know how people with a more complex storage setup will survive a switch to systemd (e.g. LVM on Crypt on FibreChannel with Multipath, which is not so unusual for SAN-users). Well, I hope these problems with systemd can be fixed in this openSUSE release. I would be very thankful for this.
