It happens during package installation phase but not always at the same package. The system seems not to be able to access the hard disc anymore and a hard reset is required. The problem exists with 12.3 kernel using BTRFS and also with Factory kernel using ext4. A kernel trace from the 12.3 kernel will be attached to this report. This blocks currently all kiwi related debugging and development work.
