If you read the header comment of this file carefully, it says: # This default configuration file only includes statements which do not # differ from one mainboard to the next. Only label, compute and set # statements for internal voltage and temperature sensors are included. So the result you're seeing is exactly as intended, there is no bug. What you need is a custom configuration file for your board. We have such files for some boards, but not all.
