1. Yes and no.
Yes, the time is shown correct, if I don't do anything. Which means YaST
setting shows: set to localtime.
But the correct (expected) setting should be (as in openSUSE11.0): the
localtime is wrong (with 2 hours offset), and UTC is correct.
BTW: I noticed (via "ps" on tty2) that installation processes had a 2 hours
ahead times, which creates wrong timestamps in the filesystem.
2. openSUSE11.0 showed 2 hours ahead, when the (default) setting is set to
"localtime". Using "UTC" showed the correct values.
