After a downgrade to 2020b-lp152.3.3.1 everything is fine. # timedatectl Local time: Mon 2020-11-02 10:28:13 CET Universal time: Mon 2020-11-02 09:28:13 UTC RTC time: Mon 2020-11-02 09:28:13 Time zone: Europe/Berlin (CET, +0100) Network time on: yes NTP synchronized: yes RTC in local TZ: no Gnome Clock shows 11:18:28. Also the gdm Loggin manager shows 1h ahead of time. In Gnome Settings Manager Timezone is set to CEST (Berlin, Deutschland) which is wrong should be CET because Summer Time ended on 25.10.2020.
