Appeared to be an indefinite poll on the main thread while activating the Alarm notify process. The Addressbook applet had some problem with bonobo activation too. The application ran normally when I disabled the Alarm Notify Bonobo server and failed to start when I added it back. However, I had to restart the machine for testing a different bug on SLED 10 partition and could not be reproduced again when I came back.
