Ah, the strings are indeed different:
Translated texts contains sentence
"If you use UTC, Linux will adjust the time automatically.\n"
However, released yast2-country (version 2.22.6) contains
"If you use UTC, the Linux will adjust the time automatically.\n"
Previously attached country.pot from comment 5 contains already fixed text.
(without 'the').
So there's no problem in translation packages, and as new yast2-country is on
its way (bug 780206), it will fix also this bug.
Unfortunatelly, there's no way to fix the installations.
