The trigger is a bit different: If the package is installed when the UPS is already plugged and system is not rebooted and UPS is not re-plugged, then permissions are not updated and the daemon refuses to start. Kay or Greg, is there any way how to safely trigger newly installed USB permission rules for already plugged USB device (from particular rules file), e. g. by calling "udevardm trigger". -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
