Four paths present per volume. After a controller reboot, any hosts with a Mellanox QDR Infiniband HCA rebooted unexpectedly OS: SLES11SP1 Failover: DMMP HBA: Mellanox Connect-X QDR Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1. Map 128 LUNs to a host so that 512 paths are present 2. Start I/O 3.
