If that's a reason for closing tickets as NORESPONSE then you may as well go ahead and just shut down that whole Bugzilla thingie. NORESPONSE indeed! *calming down, taking a deep breath* As stated repeatedly, the problem still exists in 11.4 and 12.1, a fix is available, it's just a question of pushing it out. Resolution NORESPONSE seems hardly appropriate for that situation. If you close this ticket in its current state of development, the correct resolution label is WONTFIX, though I hope it won't come to this. People, how difficult is it to get this thing out of the door?
