Mario: that sounds weird. There have been issues where zypper/yast wants to install one additional language, but never all at once. We think it's a libzypp issue, but I'm not sure it was filed. If you can easily reproduce, it might be worth opening a bug. My bad, I meant one additional language and then after installing this one a new upgrade appears, another language and so on, not all at once.
