https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=809797 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=809797#c0 Summary: Chromium: selecting the chromium.rpm in yast triggers the installation of wrong integration package Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 12.3 Version: Final Platform: i686 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Minor Priority: P5 - None Component: Other AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: stakanov@freenet.de QAContact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0 Operating System 12.3 final, with desktop KDE installed, WITHOUT Gnome installed. Selecting the chromium package triggers the wrong password integration (for gnome) even if desktop Gnome is not even installed. Can be selected by hand correctly for KDE, Gnome is then automatically unselected. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install 12.3 without gnome 2.install chrome 3.wrong password integration (for gnome) is selected. Actual Results: installs the password integration for gnome if not unselected by hand. Expected Results: Should install kde kwallet integration in automatic, without need to correct. The very same is true for Opera package where the gtk package is installed by default without being needed and has to be unselected by hand. I put this to minor. However, it may cause discomfort to users and may induce them to think the kde wallet integration is not available (therefore making the desktop appear less complete). So one could also be there and put it "normal". -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
