The first was addressed correctly in comment #2, though I'm not sure how root(/dev/sda4) made it into menu.lst. Did you edit that by hand, or is that something we need to track? The second isn't that you're missing SATA support. You can see in the top of your photo that it found the SATA disk and initialized it as sda. It appears that somehow /dev/disk/by-id/ata-FUJITSU... isn't getting created.
