Same with a third (fresh) CF card. The system worked fine with Milestone 6. Upgrading MS6 to MS7 using net CD, MS7 DVD image on a local FTP server and selecting 'Upgrade' in installation menu: 1. No partition offered to upgrade until I selected 'show all partitions' - then the (only) relevant one chosen. 2. Upgrade went OK until close to the end, Boot Loader installation reported failure "Error 11: Unrecognized device string" - see y2log, attached. 3. On reboot, stuck at "waiting for ... to appear" for root partition. Responding y to fall-back prompt appeared to start but then re-booted. 4. Tried reboot with serial console, cause seems to be something about a corrupted page table - see putty.log, attached.
