My guess is that we use newer database version in 11.4. You can find out by running: file /home/terje/.libreoffice/3-suse/user/extensions/shared/extensions.db. My guess is that one will be version 8 and one version 9?
That's right, version 8 in 11.3 and version 9 in 11.4
I would suggest to twist your setup so that you copy right extensions.db (and possibly other .db files in .libreoffice) at the login time. Or even whole .libreoffice directory.
Looks like LibO won't start if renaming $HOME/.libreoffice to something else.
