Modifications to the items in the Development menu do not stick. Items added to the menu appear by themselves at the bottom of Applications instead of within the Development menu. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.choose "Edit Menu" or run alacarte 2.add items to development menu and enable. Actual Results: Development menu not enabled, added items appear outside menu.
