http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1042797 Bug ID: 1042797 Summary: mc sftp: an error occurred while reading ~/.ssh/config Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Distribution Version: Leap 42.2 Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Other Assignee: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: drankinatty@suddenlinkmail.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- Is sftp in mc broken after the latest ssl updates? When I try and sftp to hosts in my hotlist I get: ------------------ 11: sftp: an error occurred while reading ~/.ssh/config: Resource temporarily unavailable <hitting ESC the following error is there> Cannot chdir to "/sftp://2pi/" Bad file descriptor (9) ------------------ I always sftp between hosts the same way, e.g. to get to host '2pi' I would use: cd /sftp://2pi/home/david I just tried in Leap 42.2 and received the error. Switched to my Arch box and tried it, and it works normally. This seems like a Leap 42.2 config issue somewhere as there is no reason mc should be looking for and throwing an error over the existence, or non-existence, of ~/.ssh/config. I have confirmed this behavior with 3 others on the opensuse mailing list. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
