https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=425460 Summary: use one import dialog for F-Spot Product: openSUSE 11.1 Version: Factory Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Minor Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME AssignedTo: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: jimmac@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de CC: sdelcroix@novell.com Found By: --- Currently F-Spot is set up to handle importing photos when you attach a media card or a camera. Gnome Volume Manager is set up to use "f-spot-import %h". That utility has some special attributes, but it's not accessible from F-Spot's UI itself. The end result is that the user is confronted with two interfaces for importing photos depending whether he explicitly selected the action in F-Spot or attached a device. In both cases, F-Spot itself is launched, f-spot-import doesn't behave like a standalone application. I suggest changing the default handler for photo devices to be "f-spot --import %h" instead, to have a consistent interface in both cases. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
