Can't comment on the FF vs GNOME issue but the back icon does show up if you hover the mouse where the back/forward button is suppose to show up.
This does not happen with firefox + openSUSE 11.2 + all official updates. The website icons and the back/forward buttons do only appear only if the option to display icons in menu is enabled (gnome-control-center -> appearance). By default this is turned off, though, and the back/forward icons as well as website icons do not appear in the relevant menu. Also, I have but little idea about talking about this issue being Gnome vs firefox. However, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that there is a drop-down menu on the search box in firefox too where you can select the correct search engine, and here the corresponding website icons do show correctly. Perhaps then, it is possible to have some way to enable the back-forward icons similarly just for the single drop-down (back-forward) menu likewise, despite the general setting. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
