[Bug 1190201] ip statement doesn't work correctly during system boot

This is written to the syslog: 2: eth0: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST> mtu 1500 qdisc noop state DOWN group default qlen 1000 This shows, that eth0 isn't configured yet when the script is executed.
