https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=401124 Summary: Sounds persist from other user screens and login sessions Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: RC 3 Platform: i686 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.0 Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Sound AssignedTo: tiwai@novell.com ReportedBy: bob_l_lewis@yahoo.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: Beta-Customer My wife shares the computer with me and uses "Manage Parallel Sessions" to login to her ID. I use CTRL-ALT-F7 the normal screen for initial login. She uses CTRL-ALT-F8. If I have anything running on the F7 screen (i.e Skype with it's new event sounds or anything using audio then she is kept from having a clean environment sound wise during her login session. This can be quite a bother. I would expect to have audio events only open for the F screen associated with those events and to not have them confuse or bother the alternate user, -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
