I can not test it on 11.3 (I only have a computer with 12.1 now) but when I try to use it, it still does not work. Latest recordmydesktop from the contrib repository and libtheora version: 1.1.1-16 1.3 I recorded about 40 seconds but I only get a movie with a length about 0.3 seconds...
