https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=231036 Summary: Cannot change arrangement or size of external taskbar Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Final Platform: Other OS/Version: SuSE Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE AssignedTo: kde-maintainers@suse.de ReportedBy: rhaxton2k@yahoo.com QAContact: qa@suse.de I just loaded openSUSE 10.2 from the DVD with the addon cd. I chose gnome first when I loaded the OS. I later went back and added KDE3. I logged into KDE for the first time and started setting things the way I want them. Moving the main kicker bar to the top and adding an external taskbar at the bottom. However, when I attempt to change the size of the external taskbar or change it's position to middle, the only bar I can change is the top bar rather than having a choice. In previous versions of KDE I had a select box at the top of the arrangement screen to let me select which taskbar I was changing. I still have this in Kubuntu with KDE 3.5.5 on my laptop. I do have this option if I go through personal settings to make the change, but not if I right click on the external taskbar and choose configure external taskbar. The same thing happens if I right click on the main bar and choose configure panel. The only place it works is in Personal settings. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
