I fully agree with that fixing the checker script is the best option, too.
https://github.com/openSUSE/openSUSE-release-tools/blob/master/findfileconfl... is the part of the bot detecting file conflicts - if somebody has some spare cycles Beware though: the 'package submission' case is not the only case that can make seemingly non-conflicting files conflict (dynamically created files - just exactly like those certificates; here we're lucky that the sha1sum is used to create the filename, so we are limited to sha1 clashes potentially happening). So don't just go disable all file conflicts that seem 'ok' at the time of submission -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
