Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: call the attached script Actual Results: /dev/loop0: lseek 18446744073708503040 failed: Invalid argument According to my experiments with different versions of the lvm2 package, the bug got introduced by the upgrade from 2.02.98-0.28.1.5 to 2.02.98-0.28.14.1.
