My problem is described in bug#680430.And it is not the same issue with this bug.
To be noted: this bug is about nothing but the stale gtk immodule cache. When you install or uninstall the package containing gtk2 immodule, /etc/gtk-2.0/gtk*.immodules files will be updated. I think this bug is fixed for me with the updates. Thanks.
