https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=405587 Summary: Setting "Scale the mouse pointer" and "Hide original mouse pointer" unloads animated cursors Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.0 Status: NEW Severity: Minor Priority: P5 - None Component: X.Org AssignedTo: sndirsch@novell.com ReportedBy: justin.force@gmail.com QAContact: xorg-maintainer-bugs@forge.provo.novell.com Found By: --- When using the Enhanced Zoom Desktop plugin in Compiz Fusion in openSUSE 11 (as well as Ubuntu 8.04, I've noticed), if you enable the options "Scale the mouse pointer" and "Hide original mouse pointer" under the "Mouse Behaviour" tab, you'll find that after you've zoomed your animated cursors have been unloaded. Thus, when zoomed out, your cursor will vanish when it tries to switch to an animated one (a wait cursor, etc.). The only way to reload the cursors is to reload X. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
