Please refrain from making assumption as to what we find acceptable to happen
to your data. I can only point towards staging or test systems.
As you are unable to provide the information at this time, and we are unable to
reliably reproduce the issue based on your report, I am closing the issue as
before. And yes, I was really asking because problems related to start-up
issues are contained in subsequent maintenance updates.
Note that we ask you to provide substantially different information, and a
reliable reproduction recipe on the currently released updated version, for
further consideration of your issue.
Your expectation of a time for a response in a community distribution is simply
matched up with sufficient information or reproducibility. Especially compared
to other issues where the reporters were able to provide the same and have a
rapid turn-around.
I am not sure about your migration plans, but given that 13.2 is EOL in a month
I am sure that any operator of critical infrastructure has already tested a
migration path to a maintained distribution.
