As far as I remember this can due to 2 things (clean install, no upgrades): #1 - It's borged and we need a fix. #2 - It's a feature and I've not included default radio stations (??). I know that during the 2.1.x releases (if memory doesn't fail on me, 2.1.3) there was a feature that allowed us to install default stations (I've emailed the opensuse-gnome list about it). We don't supply default radio stations. Though this isn't really the case being reported, but it might be linked. Pinging upstream to check out.
