The second resource conflict message is about the SMBus controller. It happens because the i2c-i801 driver loads automatically (as all PCI drivers.) The message is harmless as far as hardware monitoring is concerned (you have the asus_atk0110 driver working.) If you really want to get rid of it, you can blacklist the i2c-i801 driver.
