So it is actually working after all? Would be nice to have this confirmed for 13.1 as well of course.
I can confirm that. I'm currently using XDMCP to access one of my Xen domUs (with dom0 serving as my X terminal), and once the connection is established, everything works smoothly. Only grain of salt: I have set the X terminal to send broadcasts in order to discover any machines that are willing to serve X requests, but none of them shows up in the chooser. However, the machine has multiple interfaces, with two of them configured for the client side of a connection (built-in WLAN connecting to a remote AP as well as my mobile for connecting to LTE/UMTS) and the other three (USB WLAN stick, Ethernet, and virtual network interface) serving as master interfaces (to allow other machines to connect). It would be nice to get that up and running, too. Furthermore, none of the physical interfaces are bridged - only the virtual Ethernet is a bridge linking a virtual interface within dom0 to interfaces within any domU. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
