How about defining the acronyms and TLA's? To print via a print server machine, select the respective kind of server: CUPS: Linux or Mac OS X servers using Common Unix Printing System. LPD: old-style Unix/Linux compatible servers with a Line Printer Daemon. SMB: for Microsoft Windows or Samba machines, using Server Message Block protocol. IPX: for use with Novell NetWare print servers. IPP: for the IETF Internet Printing Procotol, and remote internet printing. Also compatible with Novell iPrint. Print Directly: ??? I have no idea what that means ??? ------------------ Now if you can only get this thing to also remember the printer model reliably (See Bug #348282), we'll have a good deal! -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
