I assume that means install a booter but do NOT touch the actual nvram boot options. I was going to see how far if at all refind would find things. I created a root partition and EFI for /boot/efi/. I really think sdboot needs the option to install sdboot without actually messing up the nvram. In this case it would break refind and opencore booting.
